When reserving, we require credit cards to hold your services. You won’t be charged immediately but we have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of reservation or fail to keep your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the total cost of your chosen service. Make sure to notify us of any changes within 24 hours of your schedule so we can accommodate your request.
